Spinach Balls

Ingredients:

2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen spinach, drained well
3/4 cup melted butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 eggs
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:

1  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
2  Roll into 2 inch, walnut-sized balls.
3  Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4  Place on an un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
