Pumpkin Roll
Ingredients:
¼ cup powdered sugar – for sprinkling
¾ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
¼ tsp salt
1 cup of sugar
⅔ cup pure canned pumpkin
3 eggs
½ cup finely chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Mix everything except nuts
Grease and wax cookie sheet
Spread mixture into pan and sprinkle with nuts
Bake 15 minutes at 375
Roll into a tea towel for about 15 minutes
Unroll spread on filling and roll back up
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese softened
teaspoon vanilla
cup powdered sugar
? Tablespoons softened butter
Mix well with electric mixer
